Position
Kremser Kogl, Hollenburg. A south-facing slope with calcareous loess soil on conglomerate rock produces wines with pronounced minerality.
Cellar technology
Selection of the best-positioned grapes, destemmed, crushed, short maceration, gentle pressing in a pneumatic press, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then aging in stainless steel tanks.
Food/drink recommendation
Ideal accompaniment to a cold cut, carp, light summer salads, mildly spicy sheep's cheese and spicy goat's cheese.
Serve chilled (9-11°C).
