Position
Traismauer and Hollenburg, Lower Austria. The vineyards are primarily located on deep loess soils, although in Hollenburg the subsoil consists partly of limestone conglomerates.
Cellar technology
Harvested, destemmed, macerated for 4 hours, pressed in a pneumatic press, and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Then, aged in stainless steel tanks.
Food/drink recommendation
A refreshing wine to accompany light game dishes, suitable as an aperitif and an ideal accompaniment to hearty starters, white meat and fish dishes.
