Position
Wagram ob der Traisen and Traismauer, Traisental South-southeast facing slopes, deep loess soil and also conglomerate rock in the subsoil ensure the best ripeness gradations.
Cellar technology
Selection of the best-positioned grapes, destemming, crushing, short maceration, gentle pressing in a pneumatic press, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks until ideal drinking maturity and balance are reached.
Food/drink recommendation
Ideal with goose liver. A first choice with mild cheeses and desserts.
Serve chilled (10-12°C).
