The grapes for this wine ripened in the Brunnberg vineyard on the Venusberg and were harvested on January 12, 2022, at 23° KMW. THANK YOU to everyone involved in this project. A few months later, the wine was awarded the NOE State Winner as the best wine in the category and is made from grapes from the Brunnberg vineyard.
93 FALSTAFF POINTS: Light golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate aromas of fresh baby banana, yellow apple, a hint of mango, and a hint of blossom honey. Medium complexity, fruity sweetness, delicate hints of ripe pear, balanced and well-lingering, very clean style. (Falstaff, Peter Moser, December 1, 2023)

Cellar technology
A selection of highly ripe grapes free from noble rot, crushed, gently pressed in a pneumatic press, and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
Food/drink recommendation
Ideal with goose liver. A first choice with many cheeses and sweet desserts.
Serve chilled (10-12° C).
