Yellow Muscat sparkling wine from traditional bottle fermentation Brut
Position
Austria, Europe. Ideal microclimatic conditions and clay soils produce particularly fragrant and fruity varieties.
Cellar technology
Harvested, destemmed, crushed, macerated for nine hours, gently pressed in a pneumatic press, and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This elegant sparkling wine was then produced over a period of over nine months using the "Méthode Tradès" method: Our Gelber Muskateller (Yellow Muscat) was fermented in the bottle and riddled by hand.
Food/drink recommendation
Served as an aperitif and on its own on festive occasions; it pairs well with salmon, salmon trout, and many types of fish, and is especially recommended with shellfish.
Serve chilled (5-7°C)
